Privacy policy

MyBabeAI is a private house. Your sessions stay between you and her. This page describes the small amount of data we keep and the absolutely-no-circumstances-ever data we don't.

What we collect

• Email address. For sign-in via magic link, billing receipts, and account recovery.
• Chat history. Encrypted at rest. Used only to give characters memory across your sessions.
• Heat-meter state. The per-character relationship stats that gate which content you've earned.
• Subscription state. Tier, billing cycle, and provider IDs (no card numbers — those live with the payment processor, not us).
• Aggregate analytics. Page views, errors, generic performance — never tied back to identifying you.

What we don't

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share your chat content with advertisers, networks, or any third party — full stop.
• We don't fingerprint your browser, scrape contacts, or read your location beyond the country a payment processor sends back to us.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data from the account page at any time. For GDPR / CCPA requests beyond that, write to privacy@mybabeai.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
