Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use MyBabeAI. We may terminate any account that misrepresents age, identity, or location.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use MyBabeAI to:

• Generate, request, or share content depicting minors.
• Depict any real, identifiable person without explicit consent.
• Generate content depicting violence, non-consent, or other unlawful acts.
• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute MyBabeAI assets without a license.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bulk-extract our character assets.

Membership & billing

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future charges.

Refunds

Because MyBabeAI delivers digital, on-demand content, we don't issue refunds for already-consumed sessions or generated assets. Billing disputes can be raised at billing@mybabeai.com within 14 days of charge.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or applicable law. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; we'll wipe your chat history and any unlocked assets within 30 days of deletion.
