2. Refund Eligibility
As MyBabeAI provides immediate access to digital generative AI services that incur significant computational costs, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time once a subscription has been active.
However, we may grant refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Accidental Renewal: If a subscription renews accidentally and you contact us within 48 hours of the charge, provided you have not used the service during this new billing cycle.
- Technical Failure: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of the service, and our support team is unable to resolve them.
3. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team at billing@mybabeai.com with your account email and details regarding the charge. Decisions on refunds are made at our sole discretion.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Merchant of Record
Our payment processing is handled by CCBill, an authorized payment facilitator. CCBill processes all subscription charges and handles billing-related inquiries. Your statement will reflect a discreet charge from CCBill.
