MyBabeAI provides AI companion interaction services, including text chat, voice generation, and image/video creation. We utilize advanced underlying models to power these experiences. The platform offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyBabeAI. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Content & Conduct

• You are solely responsible for the conduct and content of your interactions with the AI.
• Do not attempt to generate illegal, non-consensual, or excessively harmful content.
• Your "forged" custom companions are persistent to your account, but remain the intellectual property construct within the MyBabeAI ecosystem.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features are subjected to payment based on the tier chosen. Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment processor, CCBill. Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before the billing period ends. Your credit card statement will show a discreet charge from CCBill.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of MyBabeAI, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
